When I was thinking about a cause I would like to give my support to, my thoughts turned immediately to the issue of homelessness that is so prevalent in a society in which it really should not be. In turn, I thought that an ideal beneficiary of the project would be Crisis, the UK’s longest standing homeless charity, who this year will be acknowledging 50 years in operation.

Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. They are determined to end homelessness. They do it person by person and by influencing policies to ensure everyone has a place to call home. Homelessness is devastating, leaving people vulnerable and isolated.

Crisis offers ground breaking housing, health, education and employment services. They work with thousands of homeless people across the UK every year. They are determined campaigners. They draw on their research, partnerships and years of experience of working directly with homeless people to deliver change and a vision to end homelessness for good. So, an excellent cause, I’m sure you will agree.

This album has been lovingly curated and produced to raise awareness and funds for Crisis, all profits from the physical release go to the charity. All proceeds from the up-and-coming digital release will also be donated.
